Sub-processors.

We use a small set of third-party vendors to run the hosted Handshake services. The categories below describe what each vendor does for us; the current named vendor list is available on request and we notify customers under contract before adding a new sub-processor.

Cloud hosting / compute
Runs the hosted Registry, Console, and supporting services.
Managed database
Stores account, configuration, and DID-document data.
Object storage / backups
Stores receipts, exports, and disaster-recovery snapshots.
Observability / logging
Operational telemetry; no customer secrets are logged.
Transactional email
Sends account, billing, and security notifications; no marketing.
Error monitoring
Captures application errors with PII scrubbing applied.

Email info@handshake.ai with your entity name. Existing customers receive automatic email notification before any change to the named list under the terms of the Data Processing Agreement.
